Email is our preferred contact method, and the quickest way to get a proper answer. Please include your order number if your message is about an order.

We aim to reply within one working day, Monday to Saturday, excluding UK bank holidays.

What to include

It helps us answer first time if you tell us:

• your order number, if you have one;
• what you would like us to do;
• photographs, if something has arrived damaged or is not what you expected.
